Planet hollywood las vegas will steal your money not from the casino from your wallet

Stayed in a suite over the weekend. Woke up Sunday morning to find cash stolen out of several family member wallets. Management seemed empathetic at first but said because it was the weekend they’d need a couple of days to investigate so they’d call me by Tuesday if not sooner. Of course, there was no follow up even though the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Rommel Tolentino said he would look into the situation personally. I followed up Wednesday and he tells me “oh, I thought the other manager called you”.

After our experience of having someone enter our room and steal money from our family we just don’t feel safe.

There are double doors to the suite which has the ability to engage a deadbolt that we could have used to keep even those with housekeeping keys from entering the room. At no time were we made aware that this was an option and there’s no instruction anywhere on how to use this deadbolt.

Management says that through their investigation they found that during the time of the incident we DID use the deadbolt. This is a flat out lie. It makes no sense that a staff member from housekeeping stepped foot into our room early Sunday morning asking us if they could service the suite while we were all still asleep. How could they enter if they say the deadbolt was engaged.

They are taking no responsibility. Definitely feel like the hotel management has no care for the well-being of their guests our their valuables.
