It was a nightmare.
Do not book you hotel at Planet Hollywood for vacation, no matter what! We got all our things stolen from the bell boy room and they just gave all our stuff for a person without double check it.
We were left with nothing, it took them 30 minutes until they called a security guy to come and he forced me to write a form in another language. The manager didn’t even approach us until we demanded to talk to him.
He went out and accused us for their mistake and gave us zero assistance. They didn’t check the cameras, they haven’t told me who took it or where they went. The hotel manager didn’t offer us any help regarding the hard and dangerous situation that this incident caused to my diabetic wife.
The manager of the hotel even threatened to kick us out of the hotel. Their behavior for tourists abroad is horrible and I recommend you to stay away from the hotel. They ruined our honeymoon. An early check in will cost you. There are much better hotels in town.
In the end we left with nothing – they haven’t given us a thing as compensation and didn’t take the responsibility. We think that someone planned the stealing and they are doing it often, please help us discover how much this hotel is rotten!
