Another stealing issue from Planet Hollywood and this Hotel scammers have done nothing.
Shame on you Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas for stealing property of your visitors – you don’t get enough from the casino money that you are stealing?!

Not one thing z… Toilets didn’t work, no running water,the rooms looked like a motel and the worst part was that the staff including the “manager ” Roberto was unbelievably rude and appeared to be demeaning and preferably when it came to the race of customers . It was the worst experience of my life and I travel to Vegas regularly. I ended up having to move to another votel in Vegas because of such filth and lack of any customer service

Turns out that taking photos of my hotel room upon entering so I could share the beauty might also be of legal value! I just received an email from Planet Hollywood that they are charging my credit card for the removal of a decorative pillow I stole from the room!! WHAT DECORATIVE PILLOW???
UPDATE – After 22 minutes and several transfers, was told this wasn’t a scam, the charge is real and that I have to dispute the $113.38 with my credit card company. Also spoke to two other people with rooms – they didn’t have decorative pillows either. Lastly, looked online and most ordinary room photos don’t show decorative pillows.

Rooms are very old, staff blocked more amount than required without my knowledge. House keeping didn’t clean the bathroom door during all 3 days of our stay and door lock was broken that was fixed subsequently. Only compensation given was a waiver of 1 night resort fees.

The picture shown and the real room has huge difference. The hotel is really old. You can see the curtains are yellowish. The light at the bed is spoilt and they repair it after I call them. Then the next day the light in the bathroom is spoilt. The breakfast that is included is only USD9.00 coupon at Starbucks. I would pay the same amount of money staying in another hotel!
